He is also passionate about team efficiency, and is a Certified ScrumMaster.
Federico learned to type on a keyboard before learning to write, and wrote a game using BASIC when he was 9 years old. While working for Microsoft as a technical evangelist, he improved his project management skills, as well as his business knowledge.
He is attracted to new challenges, building stuff and solving problems. He loves mentoring and training, turning deeply complex technical concepts in simple analogies. His sense of humor makes him a great team motivator. Federico also loves adrenaline loaded travel adventures.
