TangoSource is a global software development firm with offices in Seattle, Washington, and Colima, Mexico. We specialize in delivering the best value web development nearshoring in the world. TangoSource was founded from the ideals and previous collaboration of Eric Siegfried and Federico Ramallo in June 2010. We've always been passionate about products, whether our own, or those we've helped launch. For us, as well as our customers, differences in geography provide an empowering force. They allow TangoSource to recruit and train locally, share diverse ideas, and help companies stay afloat financially while developing a great business.

Our Leadership

Eric Siegfried

Eric is passionate about helping people express themselves through technology. As a software developer turned business developer, Eric has experience in product development, business development, project management, and user centered design. Earlier in his career, Eric worked for The Boeing Company as an embedded engineer.

Eric holds a M.S. in Computer Engineering from Washington University in Saint Louis. Along with a serious Argentine Tango addiction, Eric loves reading, and cooking. Eric is excited to be a part of the world's growth of technology, and the unity that can spring from it.

Federico Ramallo

Federico is a talented Ruby on Rails developer, who began working with Rails in 2006. He is also passionate about team efficiency, and is a Certified ScrumMaster. Federico learned to type on a keyboard before learning to write, and wrote a game using BASIC when he was 9 years old. While working for Microsoft as a technical evangelist, he improved his project management skills, as well as his business knowledge.

He is attracted to new challenges, building stuff and solving problems. He loves mentoring and training, turning deeply complex technical concepts in simple analogies. His sense of humor makes him a great team motivator. Federico also loves adrenaline loaded travel adventures.
